Ingredients

• Bun
  • toast with butter on it
• Beef patty
  • heavily season with salt and pepper
  • medium and high temperature
  • 3:30 - 4 minutes a side for a medium patty
• American cheese
• Toppings: Onion, Tomato, iceberg lettuce

Assemble

• top bun
• mustard and ketchup
• pickle
• onion
• patty
• tomato
• lettuce
• bottom bun

Special sauce

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon grated yellow onion
• 2 teaspoons hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe - with red onion

Cheese burger x8

ground beef 1kg
Bun x8
Red onion
Cheddar cheese (shredded 2cup)
Spring mix
Italian breadcrumbs (if possible mix in beef)

1. Prepare the onion with salt, sugar and balsamic vinegar
2. Grill the beef
3. Put on cheese and heat, same for bun
4. Button bun, onion, spring mix, beef, top bun (with mayo
